With over 14 years of legal practice, Mr. Dang Thanh Vinh has acquired extensive expertise and experience with a focus on litigation which is made up of (i) mediating and resolving civil, business-commercial and labor disputes, (ii) defending rights and obligations of persons concerned in criminal proceedings. Mr. Vinh is the Partner and head of litigation team in WIKI LEGAL LLC.

Prior to joining WIKI LEGAL LLC, Mr. Vinh acted as a Verifier in Economic Court of the Vietnamese Supreme People’s Court for 7 years. He also worked at notable banks as well as real estate investment companies in Vietnam as a Barrister/Expert in charge of dispute settlement, proceedings, debt settlement and judgment execution.

Professional background:

Mr. Vinh holds a Master of Civil Law (Faculty of Law, Hanoi National University), a Bachelor of Laws (Faculty of Law, Hanoi National University) and graduated Lawyer Course (Judicial Academy).
